• Shipping takes 3-5 business days.

• All Packages are shipped via USPS.

• Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address or phone number that you provide during checkout. 

• Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to update on the USPS website

GLOW UNLEASHED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS.

If tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS for more information. 

​

If you accidentally provide an incorrect address at checkout and your package has already been shipped, contact USPS to change your address. If your package is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package. 

Please check your address to confirm it is correct. In the case that the address is incorrect you will be charged a $10 relabeling fee & you will have to re-pay the shipping fee.

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or missing packages.
